If you’re waking up feeling overwhelmed before you even get out of bed, you’re not alone. The world is loud. The uncertainty is exhausting. And if we’re keeping it real, the next four years aren’t looking any calmer.

But here’s what I know: you can’t control everything happening around you, but you can control how you show up in it.

That’s what this challenge is about—holding space for what’s outside of our control while taking action on what is... our lives and our businesses. Because if we wait for the world to calm down before we move forward, we’ll be waiting forever!

And don’t worry, we’re only meeting Mondays-Fridays, the weekend sessions are on your own time.

What’s the 5AM Challenge?

It’s 14 days of getting out of your head and back into motion. No distractions. No excuses. Just one hour each morning to get clear, build momentum, and move forward—even when life is chaotic.

Here’s how it works:

5:00 AM EST – Morning journal prompt to shake off the mental cobwebs
5:10 AM – A no-fluff, real-talk session with me or a special guest mentor
5:40 AM – Today’s intention + takeaways so you actually use what you just learned
5:55 AM – Goodbye. You’re already ahead of the world.

One hour. No fluff. No wasted time.

What We’ll Cover

Each day, we’ll focus on a different theme to help you move through fear, get unstuck, and reclaim your time and energy. We’ll be joined by incredible Guest Mentors who will bring real, actionable insights on these topics—because you don’t need another pep talk, you need a plan.

    → No, we’re not forcing you into some unrealistic miracle morning routine. But we ARE going to build a rhythm that keeps you grounded—without the burnout.

  • Day 4 (Feb 20): Getting Good Press for Your Business During These Uncertain Times w/ Haddy Folivi
    → People are still spending money. People are still looking for solutions. Let’s talk about how to make sure they SEE YOU and know why you’re the one to trust.

  • Day 5 (Feb 21): Building Resilience in an Uncertain Economy
    → The world is shaky, but your business doesn’t have to be. Let’s talk about how to pivot, stay ready, and thrive when things feel unpredictable.

Weekend Homework—Because Action Beats Overthinking Every Time

  • Getting Unstuck & Moving Through Fear
    → Fear is sneaky—it’ll have you calling hesitation “being responsible.” Let’s unpack that and start making moves anyway.

  • Training Yourself to Take Imperfect Action
    → Perfectionism is expensive, and it’s costing you time, money, and opportunities. We’re breaking the “I need to have it all figured out first” mindset.

Week 2: Expanding Your Vision & Moving With Purpose

  • Day 6 (Feb 24): The Great Migration—Considering Your Options Abroad w/ American Expat Panel
    → If you’ve been thinking about leaving the U.S. (or just expanding your options globally), we’re talking about how to actually make that happen.

    → We’re not subscribing to the “either you work nonstop or you fail” mindset. This is about balance—without losing momentum.

  • Day 9 (Feb 27): Taking Back Control of Your Time
    → Tired of feeling like you’re always playing catch-up? Let’s build a work style that actually works for YOU, not just what productivity gurus say you should be doing.

  • Day 10 (Feb 28): Moving Forward With Power & Purpose
    → This challenge is not a one-time reset. This is about making sure you keep the momentum after the 14 days are up.

Post-Challenge Deep Work (Self-Paced, No 5AM Alarm Required)

  • Rewriting the Narrative of "Struggle"
    → Just because you’ve always done things the hard way doesn’t mean you have to keep choosing struggle. Let’s redefine what success looks like.

  • The Art of Strategic Rest
    → Rest is productive. Pause too long and you’ll get stuck, push too hard and you’ll burn out. We’re finding the sweet spot.
