Terms of Service

By signing up to become an affiliate for Scary But Brave ("Company"), you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility
Affiliate access is granted by invitation only. To be eligible, you must be a past or current customer of the Scary But Brave AI Bundle or any qualifying offer. We reserve the right to revoke affiliate access at any time, for any reason.

2. Commission Structure
Affiliates will receive a 70% commission on qualifying product sales (excluding refunds, chargebacks, and taxes). Commissions are calculated on the final checkout amount and are typically paid out monthly via PayPal, unless otherwise stated.

3. Payouts
All commissions are paid on a net 30 basis, meaning 30 days after the sale date, to allow time for processing and handling disputes. A valid pyout method must be on file to receive payment.

4. No Refunds, No Reversals
All Scary But Brave digital products are non-refundable. Once a purchase is made through your link, that commission is locked in and will be paid out unless fraud or a chargeback occurs. In the case of fraud or chargeback, your commission will be reversed.

5. Permitted Promo Methods
You may promote your affiliate link via email, text, Instagram, YouTube, podcast, your personal site, or DMs—so long as the tone and positioning reflect the SBB values: authenticity, integrity, and joy. No spamming, bait-and-switch tactics, or false promises.

6. Branding & Materials
All approved graphics, swipe copy, and templates provided by SBB must be used as-is, unless written permission is given. Do not edit, recreate, or white-label training content.

7. No Paid Search or Ads (Unless Approved)
Affiliates may not use paid search ads, use “Scary But Brave” branded keywords, or run paid ads unless written permission is granted.

8. FTC Compliance
You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship in all posts, pages, or media where your link is shared. A simple “As an affiliate, I earn from qualifying purchases” line is acceptable.

9. Termination
Violating any of these terms may result in termination from the affiliate program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

10. Changes
We may update this policy at any time. Continued participation in the program implies agreement to the most recent version.
